By taking part in this competition, you accept and agree to these competition terms.
General terms
• The promoter of the competition is Initio Limited (“initio”)
• Our decisions on all matters are final and no communication will be entered into.
• We may decide on the validity of an entry or a winner’s right to redeem the prize
• We may change the prize(s) without notice
• Where the law allows, we are not liable to you in connection with this competition
Who can enter and when
• This competition is only open to New Zealand residents. If you’re under the age of 18, you must provide parental permission to enter.
• This competition runs from 09th April 2021 to 11th April 2021.
This competition is not open to:
• Anyone who works for initio, or their families
• Anyone else helping with this competition
Entry specifications
• You must register on www.initio.co.nz/expo/
• There will be a total of 1 winner
• Only one entry per person. Extra entries are invalid.
• We’re not responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries. This includes any problems or
technical issues which may delay or fail to enter you in the draw.
• Entrants will go into the draw to win Smart Home Security Pack
Judging and announcing of winners
• We’ll draw the winner at random and contact them by email within five days of the competition closing.
• If the winner cannot be reached within five working days from the first contact attempt, we may redraw a new winner without liability to anyone.
• We may contact the winners by other means
• We intend to deliver the prizes by courier but may deliver prizes by other means.
Prizes
• Prizes can’t be transferred or exchanged
• Prizes can’t be redeemed for cash
• We aren’t responsible for lost or destroyed entries or prizes
• We aren’t responsible for any extra costs of the prize

• The winner agrees to be photographed and/or interviewed
• The winner lets us use their name, city/town, competition entry and/or photos and interviews for our use. This is without compensation.
